Production and Planning Control Department
After design finalization the next step is to plan the production according to the requirement and market trends. A team of 5 people is working in this department and making daily and monthly plans for the production. We have a strong and well-educated team of 12 members for production controlling, who are responsible for managing the complete production system.
Dying Department
InDesign. In house facility of dying and processing of fabirc give us an edage and comfort to design department. This is one of the crucial department and lot is this deparment we parpare the fabric as per the depend on this. A skilled and experienced team is working and producing some commendable results. Quality Control department looks after each lot produce to ensure best quality.
Design Department
The first step is to conceive and idea and then translate that idea into a design. The core competence of one of our director in this field is an asset. There are more then 30 highly skilled individuals working in this department and producing one of the finest trend setting designs. Team is divided in 3 main cadres Designs & Patters Product Development Sampling & Execution They are supported by exclusive sweing sampling setup. Team produce patterns by exclusive sweing sampling setup. Inspiration is based upon various sources.
Embellishment Department
This is our core competence there are 65 adda's for production and sampling working under this department. The embellishment work is the most senstive and high end value added process. A seperate team of 4-5 members for pattern making is also part of this department.
Embroidery Department
We have more than 25 latest embroidery machines. The first step is this department starts with the punching of the design and then setting the same design as per the requirements. There are more then 50 members in this embroidery department. Best quality product is our motto and a team of QC make sure that we always produce best.
Stiching Department
We have two main departments for stiching, one is for sampling and other one is for production. The production department of stiching includes 4 sections and each section has 50+ machines. The sampling department has 10 machines.
Pressing and Packing Department
We have a huge department for pressing and packing, in which 22 male and 11 female members are working. Every article is carefully steamded ironed and is forwarded to the packing department.
Stoning Department
We have 3 in-house department for stoning, in which 75+ members are working. Other outdoor sources are also available for our production.
Quality Control Department
Before packing and press the final inspection is make to make sure that we have produce the best quality and the customer satisfaction is our top priority. A team of more than 10 is working in this department.
